Sweet Girl,

I am so glad you stopped by. I don’t know where you are in life. Maybe life is good. Yea! I am  so glad to hear that. Let’s celebrate!!! I’ll take you out for coffee or hot chocolate...your choice.  

Maybe life is hard right now. Oh sweetie I’m so sorry, I wish I could give you a hug and tell you how precious and wonderful you really are. Maybe you are struggling with your relationship with your parents, or maybe the relationship problems are with your friends. Maybe you just wish you had some friends, real ones. School might be stressful. Maybe you just found out you didn’t make the team. Girl Drama. Bullying. High expectations. Low self esteem. Acne has just declared war on your face and don’t even get you started on boys! Right? 

I hear you and I wish I could make things better for you. I can’t ...but God can. I believe that with all my heart. Many of you see God as this distant old guy in the clouds waiting for you to mess up so he can zap you.  Girls that isn’t who God is. Everyone messes up. Everyone fails. Everyone sins. God adores you. You are his child. He loves you. His love does not depend on what you look like, what you do, or how popular you are. He loves you how you are right now.
